While the Sponsor is paid base commissions on a new member, the Enroller is paid specific bonuses when they maintain a PV (Personal Volume) of 50. The Sponsor and Enroller may be the same person, but sometimes a distributor may chose to place a new member in their downline under another leader. In this case, the distributor would retain the Enrollership, but would give the Sponsorship to someone in their downline. This is often referred to as stacking.
